It reminds me of dragon age 3 and the witcher 3. It has the makings of a great game. But it wasn't backed by ubisoft or bethesda or any other deep pocket so it may feel unfinished or incomplete. If this was an open world it would have made the experience that much better. That said I spent 2 long days and completed every quest the game had to offer except the locations of all the notes for the professor. I loved playing as an emmisary. A Peacekeeper. The script and the speech is very well done and I didn't see any misspelled words(unlike my own lol) or glitches. The game is very beautiful and the sneaking aspect was a tiny bit clunky but it worked very well. I have to admit toward the end I felt it was starting to feel repetitive but that was mainly because it was 3 am and I wanted to finish the game. Ha ha.
(SPOILERS)
I choose the second choice. The trap style of play. I went free willynilly and decided 3 lock picks first, then 3 intution then craftsmen. Toward the end I did a respec since I had all the money I needed to pay for a craftmans to forge me some weapons and ac. I switched out lock picks for vigor to explore the places I could not get otherwise. I failed more then half of my speeches by clicking on charisma LOL. So, I had to go with intution. I am going to play another round this time as a *purty fox Lady* as Kurt puts it, lol. This time I am going pure charisma, then vigor early and finally intution again. Keep in mind you can craft armor with +1 stats like vigor, science and wear a cape for charisma. It does stack but near as I can tell it's a maximum of 3. I cannot test that until I max out charisma and see if the speech is any different from 3 to 4+. (I may possibly have to find a harder more difficult part or the game to test it on. Maybe talking with Daren for the first time. ugh
Conclusion -
It's a great game with a low budget so they did the best they could considering it's just 14 gig. I wish it had better ratings because I can tell they put A LOT of hard work and long hours into making GreedFall. Go Spiders!
