I liked it at first. But then cheating gets into the story. Probably my least fave COHO book. I never want to read a cheating trope kind of book. The cheating ruined the thrill/mystery vibe. And don't get me started with the spicy scenes, it is so repetitive, cliche, and boring. I honestly thought the book focused on mystery that's why I bought and why does "cheating" have to be in the book?! It infuriates me so much and now I'm getting a clearer picture why some readers hate COHO and her books. I might change into new authors now because of Verity novel. I'd rate the book a negative if that's even possible.
