This is such a fun show to get carried away in. I loved the setting, it had me googling the Danish seaside. I love the portrayal of all the rituals of breakfast, casual lunches, tea time, formal dinners, and after dinner entertainments of the era. I wish they showed more close-ups of the beautiful food that is always being prepared. The characters so charming and familiar that you want to be a guest at the hotel wrapped up in their drama too. Can’t wait for seasons 6+, but hope it doesn’t dig too deeply into wartime. . Hope they keep making this show for many seasons.
