I am a huge fan of the original anime, I mean it's a masterpiece. I didn't go into this expecting an exact replica and honestly most adaptations of anime for live action is mediocre at best. But, I have to say that they absolutely blew this out of the water! Hands down the best adaptation I have seen. Props to Netflix and thank you for breathing new life into a classic I love.
