Although I was a bit skeptical, I truly loved Mary Poppin Returns and appreciated the fact that it didn't try to remake the original but did give some nods to those of us that have a sense of nostalgia and love for the original. I loved some of the little touches - the animation was classic Disney, reminiscent of the original and of the same period of time as Robin Hood, etc. The choreography of the lamp lighter scene was similar to the chimney sweep scene in the original. The guest appearances were wonderful. I felt it was a poignant tribute to the original and just a fun movie in itself. I will be seeing it again and so glad I got to share it with both my parents and my daughter.

I LOVE THIS SHOW!!!! But then I don't like how the contestants are so self-centered. They are willing to sabotage other people just to win. But I love this show anyway. I watch it with my Mom every single day. We are trying to get back to the routine since we watched cooking shows like Master Chef and Master Chef Junior, and finally Hell's Kitchen.
