Nurses dont go all over the hospital they are trained and certified in different areas of for a example a nurse who is trained and certified in med surg dont go to the icu and treat patients if you work in the or you dont invite a nurse that works in the micu to work/stay in the or the and there is no nurse preceptors the show is a bad representation of nurses I wouldn't recommend the show to a person to watch cause that's how bad of a show it is like maybe when you do another show about nurses consult REAL nurses did you all even consult nurses
