As a health professional, I condone Mary’s take on Donald. She lists her Psychological qualifications on page 12 and 13 and gives her (limited experience) summation of his psychological profiling early in the piece. If she cannot extract her personal experience from the book without labelling him as “all sorts of mentally ill”, perhaps she needs to do a book based on her memory of Donald. Doesn’t do a service to all persons diagnosed with a mental illness. Not particularly an interesting style of writing.
