In my opinion, the most underrated horror movie ever! If you're not obsessed with Michael Myers, you'll appreciate the eerie atmosphere, appealing scenery, and intriguing plot. Irish toy maker Conal Cochran happens to be one of the greatest villains (yes, he is a male witch!) and Dan Challis is the perfect ladies-man whistle-blower. Plus, I believe the soundtrack is the best Halloween music ever recorded. It draws you into October like no other. Kudos to Tommy Lee Wallace for directing this horror masterpiece that, gratefully, takes a new direction.

Lotsa real horror stories, especially "The Crate".

Superb memories watching this the first time on ABC in the early 80's with my sister. Back when TV movies were as good as theater movies. A tale of good vs bad teenage witches and I wouldn't doubt Sabrina and even The Craft were inspired by this cult classic. A must for October.

I'm a fan of 70's and 80's raunchy comedies and Up The Creek satisfies my appetite when I search for them. You just can't go wrong with Tim Matheson chomping a cigar through this loony venture into rafting. Oh, and PeeWee from Porky's, need I say more? 7/10
