Promising in places but spoilt on many occasions with the elves taking their kit off and having anxiety attacks. This mucked up the urgent nature of the quest to place the seed in the blood fire and get the princess back to Arbalon to defeat the demons. Also the elves and humans appear to have an excellent dental plan with perfect white teeth. The book is vastly better. Was the author Terry Brooks consulted. I imagine not!!
