Do not waste your time watching this movie. I am an avid fan of the MCU and Marvel studios / productions, I’ve never met one of their movies that I haven’t found watchable. But THIS decimation to society should not have been released at all. I’ve been anticipating this movie for all too long for it to be so anticlimactic and unsatisfying. The cast was pretty alright, good actors for the ages / traits of the characters, but the SCRIPT! Cheesy, unoriginal, and either soap opera level dramatic or no grief at all where there should’ve been some. The plot was very choppy, with unfinished ideas at play, little to no backstory, character development, ext. The CGI was mediocre at best, with some parts more detailed and realistic than others. You could easily differentiate the rushed portions and the fully formed, which is unacceptable as this should have been released THREE YEARS AGO. There were many noticeable continuity errors, and very odd scenes that did not matter at all. It felt like watching a movie with too many scenes missing / out of order. The only part that sort of made sense was the gay relationship between two of the characters. It was sweet, but there wasn’t enough of it to call it an acceptable representation of an LGBT relationship. The ending was the worst part, it did not sum up anything discussed in the movie, nor was it satisfying to the viewers. This is an absolute abomination to Marvel’s company, it 100% tarnishes their name. To be so adamant on fixing this up since 2018, they certainly mustn’t have remembered to..make it GOOD?? Overall the mistakes were too large to ignore, and say it is bad is the most giant understatement. I am dissatisfied and disappointed and I can say with the utmost certainty that this is the worst movie of the year.
