Peloton has awful customer service. We love our bike but the process of getting it was terrible. We ordered a bike in July but it was delayed because Peloton introduced a version of the bike. We finally decided to cancel that order and get the new bike which took forever. When the bike arrived, the delivery guys pulled up in an Enterprise truck and wreaked of cigarette smoke. They improperly assembled the bike but were out the door we had no chance to find that out until later. The third-party that delivered/installed it, stripped the screws so that the handle bars would not tighten. We finally got a technician out to look at the bike and install new handle bars correctly.
Not the customer service experience I would have expected for a $2,500 bike.
