Absolutely abhorred at how Hollywood portrays ME and all my fellow Nurses! Unrealistic is an understatement! Where did they get their ideas that any nurse can do any job on any unit?!?! After calling us hero’s to then show such horrid portrayals of our job......I cannot and will not ever endorse this or any other medical program that doesn’t follow “reality” of an RN job! An ER nurse cannot do the job of an L&D nurse! Nor ICU RN doing the job of a RN in the OR! No hospital would ever put themselves in such a risk of liability! How will the public and society ever understand or trust HCP with this garbage being shown!?!
