After a long time i got engage to something this karismatic that i watched all 10 episodes about 40 mins each of Bandish Bandits in one go. It was such a loving delightful journey specially for me who still opt for slow and classical music in this fast beat world. A series that explains our heritage and gharana culture so well, a picturistique locations of Rajasthan i always fall in love with. A tribute to classical music and wars between samrats showing their respect and passion for music and for their gurujis far from modern world and money making business. A cute love story between two artists from different world connected through music. And offcourse some hidden secrets in these eye catching havelis. Music take it to another level. With vocals from legendry Pandit Ajoy Chakraborty, Dhananjay Mhaskar with Javed Ali, Shivam Mahadevan and Jonita Gandhi. Music beautifully roped by Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy. From theme song to background score, jugalbandis of samrats are just breathtaking. These rhytms are still beating in my ears. Performances made it more beautiful. Legendry Nasiruddin Shah as Pandit ji with Atul Kulkarni and Sheeba Chadha in other prominent roles were just amazing. Shreya Choudhary and Ritwik Bhowmik made a good couple and did well. Good to see Kunal Roy Kapoor after a long time brings humour in the series so do Rahul Kumar.
