This movie was extremely uncomfortable to watch. Even as a minor myself, seeing these severely underaged characters be oversexualized in this movie was extremely unnerving. I will say that the idea of the plot was intriguing, but the execution and addition of these literal children was a childish act of these writers, and Netflix as a whole. This isn't even an accurate representation of how real 12 year old's act in today's society. And what made me EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE was that they write the characters as 12, and just let the adults who are supposed to be roll models for these kids let it slide. Also that blonde girl was mad annoying. I honestly swear to god Netflix is doing too much greenlighting this.

The anime was ok, i enjoyed the opening, the over all art style and the idea of the plot the creators planned for this series. Although it was very much executed poorly. First off, the characters were very bland, there was barely any backstory that they should have used the first 1-8 episodes for. Second, like i said, the first 1-8 episodes were very boring and made no sense. A lot of things dont make sense, example: what was the significance of the dolls? It really only became interesting at the 9-12 episode mark. I feel as though they could have used the first couple episodes to spice it up a bit. Also everyone is talking about the plot twists but to be completely real, those only really happen at the (like i said) 9-12 episode mark. Over all i dont regret watching it, but i genuinely dont think it deserves all the hype its been given. yall just dont have taste
