This is the Jar Jar Binks of movies. Here’s Adam Sandler trapped in web of troubles with bad guys at every turn. You want to root for Adam. You try your hardest to feel sympathy for him, but the writers give you nothing. He is a sleazy tool who screws over everyone, creating all his travails. But the movie lacks a single scene that makes you thing this jerk is really a good guy at heart. Zero. No catharsis. No arc. Literally the worst movie I have ever seen.
