An excellent read, most of management books deals with how to be a good manager but this books gives a completely different perspective about how to be a good “leader”. Managers we can find plenty but hardly 1 % would be a good leader. So it’s a must read.
The way book has been divided as “Karma” & “Sutras” is amazing
“P = P-I” …….. read the book to understand it 😊.
