7I enjoy the show but I think people who are from other countries should be made aware that our customs may be different from theirs. 1 your spouse comes first, not your sisters or brothers or even your parent. 2.even though you may be head of the household. your word is only law if your spouse agrees to it 3. the brides parents finance the wedding 4. if you are female, your husband becomes the head of the household and should be respected as such and that includes your children 5.if you are male, your wife becomes the lady of the house even if it replaces your daughter, sister or any female relative that may live with you, and should be respected as such. 6. you must never take sides .) with anyone against your spouse not even your relatives 7 money earned during a marriage in most states is joint property it is not your money it belongs to you and your spouse equally
