Movie Review [ Green Book]
Ineffable
How beautiful an emotion could be, or should I say how stupefying I am.
Love, pain, trust, imperfections and perfection, ethereal performance of two actors and one director:
1. Mahershala Ali
2. Viggo Mortensen
3. Director: Peter Farrelly
And three academy that's all it took me to watch this one master piece.
I am hoping many of you have already seen it, but for those who didn't, stop reading (spoiler alert)
Even if I copy the complete script, I won't bring in the emotional quotient into it. My heart pounds to the heights of resistance, it makes me do things I have never thought before. It made me think and speculate about my life.
It made me cognizant of relations I endure. The movie is filled with so much emotion and so subtly put, that you become the part of the movie in the most highest and lowest part of it.
Two people, two different lives, one fighting for the reason, another fights for none. Still they get along and barter lives of each other.
The movie is all about internal conflict, no, may be me versus the world (society), no no, may be story about existential crisis. It's all of it, and it's so beautifully put that you do not realize when it jumps from one another.
I can go on! But the words will fall short and you guys won't read it.
I suggest find your subscription and watch it.
You will have a different vantage point from where are now.
Good watching
