In the reviews of the people who liked it, they said to stop comparing this new version to the old. Well give it another name then, such as Waste of Time Zone. Stick to the idea Rod created and keep political agendas out. Cursing is unattractive in Science Fiction as well as unnecessary. It subtracts from the suspense. I gave this series several episodes before throwing in the towel. Very disappointing.
