An excellent film. No it's not jingoistic as many press reviews claim. It's very well made, and marvelously carried through by Madhavan. Wonder if this particular time the press didn't get its money to write a review - one of the reviews actually commented it was ridiculous to see foreign scientists speak in Indian languages...wondering where that reviewer saw the film...all dialogs with the foreigners were in English.

It's a good movie - a typical superhero popcorn entertainer. But to claim it's as good as the reviews suggest seems to suggest there's been a classic of the nature of a 'Casablanca', 'Gone with the Wind' or a 'Sholay' that's been made. I doubt if this would be recollected in 3 months from now.
