Comparing the series with The Family Man is completely wrong as TFM is a spy thriller based with humour and also comic dialogues and scenes thats why everyone will like it, who doesn't like some slang once in a while from one of the good actors? While Bard of Blood is a full serious spy thriller without any second indulged in a comical line or slang. So comparing these two isn't justified and it really is a good show, Emraan's acting is mind blowing. And the season finale was epic.
