Inactivity for any length of time gives them the right to completely shut your account down, regardless of how much money you've spent on the game. This is a scam and this game should be avoided at all costs. Years ago they were refusing any kind of reimbursement because their game was "in the red" and apparently not doing so great (this was all over a $30 purchase). The Customer Service person just absolutely lost it when I asked for compensation. They followed up with it by deleting my account.
