We are cinema lovers and our reviews do not get influenced by what an actor/director does in real life. I just finished watching Sadak 2. Also, I watched the first movie Sadak yesterday. Now there is a massive difference in quality of both the movies. The first one was a good movie, maybe near the lines of excellent. But, Sadak 2 is senseless movie without any direction to the story at all. Just loud cheap thrill with shock music is there to make it seem like a very intense movie. It goes on about the same repeated plot. I dont want to reveal what it is, but you will know which one Mahesh Bhatt picked from a selected few that are available in the minds of hindi film directors. 21 years of gap has definitely altered Mahesh Bhatt's abilities to make films. They have tried to imitate the movie 'Oh My God' (Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal). Even 'Kartoos' (Mahesh Bhatt's last movie) is better than this. Not pathetic, but very bad movie. I am giving it 2 stars so that people dont feel I am deliberately giving it 1 star because it is simply a waste of time. I am going to watch some Breaking Bad to wash off my cringy mood after watching this movie.
