What an amazing probe into how business owners find a way to take what is NOT THEIRS TO TAKE and how it was hidden from the public. I am so greatful for the effort that was made to expose this tragic shameful event. After living in California for years it's good to know that someone is keeping tabs on where the precious water is going and who is making all the profit selling what is NOT THEIRS.
