This film brings back the memory of New Indian Cinema of the 1970, such as Mani Kaul or Kumar Sahani, where the idea of Realism was posited with questions of limitations. Being true to its theme the film constantly explores the negotiation and interaction between Characters and Objects, or Consciousness and Objective Reality, which somehow destabilizes the idea of subject position dialectically. to be precise, the film becomes a critique of our perception of Modernity at large.
