This movie was a very pleasant surprise with regards to the instrusive view we get into what life was like in German camps during WW2, while we also get the story for a girl who is just about entering into womanhood. I absolutely loved the contrast between the scenes of these 2 girls playing together and sharing their dreams or talking about kissing and boys, while on the other hand Hannah surrounded by nothing but death or dying people, while also trying to take her younger sister's mind off of hunger. I also thought the acting was overall great by the 2 actresses, I would recommend it if you are into war movies and stories based on real life.
