I read the book first and enjoyed that so when it was advertised as a series I couldn’t wait to watch it. I wasn’t disappointed - I just loved it and binged all episodes!! I can see why some think that it was rushed towards the end, but I would have been frustrated had they prolonged the usual misunderstandings that always exist in this type of romcom, so I actually appreciated this and it made the last episode feel more like a movie in itself. Fabulous!

It’s a crazy, sort of weird comedy drama, a bit black comedy-ish really because of some of the things that happen. Lots of sexual and violent stuff going on but done in a comedic way so it can be forgiven for that. Overall the actual storyline is a good one. I’ve watched a few episodes so far and I’m looking forward to watching the next ones.
