Finally something w/Samburg that isn't juvenile or completely moronic. It was surprisingly sweet & funny & I totally enjoyed it. Palm Springs is this decade's Groundhog Day.

20/20 should change it's title to "20 minutes of Content spread over 2 Hours"

I got the Parodies... I got the Satire... I got the Deadpan Humor... and how could I not get the Message Jim Jarmusch threw my face? Unfortunately, I got tired of it & couldn't wait for it to end. What a disappointment. Not funny, not entertaining, not good.

Thank you... it's been such a long time since there's been a funny and intelligent and NOT moronic rom-com. And Erskine was simply fantastic.

I enjoy the show, for the most part. It's intelligent, suspenseful, action-filled, superb dialog and has plot twists that you don't see coming... so much as to compel you to binge watch an entire season (just finished season 7). My only issue with it comes when there are implausible or ridiculous situations (not going to go into listing them or nit-pick). It's just unfortunate when such an smart & well written show has to go there. It lessens it's credibility & leaves the viewer feeling just a little bit disappointed that they couldn't have done it better & maintained that high level throughout.

While entertaining, over-the-top dialogue & behavior by the show's characters won't be enough to sustain it. The production is good... it's just that the writing isn't. If it wasn't for the sex & foul language, this show is more in line with a Sci-Fy Channel series or the WB. Good looking characters acting stupid & angry, creating lots of drama. No need to be good when shocking will work better at attracting the target audience... young & easily bored.
