I met my husband online in the 90's. We had a chat group on Yahoo called the Eagles nest. One person use to catfish all the women in our group. And they fell for it big times. He had posted that he was killed in a car accident, which he came on as a friend of his, because it was getting to hot for comfort. He really hurt a woman from Texas. So it has been going on back then. I was one of the lucky ones, and we've been marries almost 20 years. Be careful girls and guys, there are nasty people out there. That don't care who they hurt. Try to stay local and ask to meet in a public place. If they have an excuse, let it go, let it go!!
