I was really looking forward to watch dear comrade and had very high hopes from the same, but somehow the story felt incomplete and character development going haywire at many places. I as a audience was left to be confused with the actions that lead actors took. Vijay Deverakonda has his signature smile that he showed in Geetha Govindam as well, and looks perfecct for the role. Rashmika Mandhana wasn't able to bring her character out to the audiences. It looked like the writer of the movie decided after writing more than 80% of the script that it will deal with insecurity issue of the women in cricket clubs in the country. Honestly felt like the those two and half hours of the movie can be spent doing a better thing.

Well one star less because I learned from various sources that the factually the movie is is not fully correct. Despite this shortcoming, the movie is perhaps great, handling more than one topics and issues with great balance. Benedict Cumberbatch has given a stellar performance as we would expect from him. More than everything I am grateful that I now know about ALAN TURING without his contribution I may not as well be writing about this movie on my laptop. The movie elegantly deals with topic of homophobia. It seems strange that only about a half a century or so we were so perplexed about the idea of a man having feelings about other men. TL;DR Bored of action movies but want the same level of excitement and thrill watch this movie asap.
