Overall rating 3.5/10 I have grown up watching the Scooby doo movies and tv shows laughing and feeling the mystery of each one. But when it came to “Scoob” I just didn’t get that feeling. When I started to watch it I was like this is awesome because we are seeing how scooby met shaggy and the rest of the gang and when they solved their first mystery I was like this could be a really good movie. But then it went extremely downhill from there with the theme song which was just terrible compared to the other ones. I then tried to stay optimistic with the rest of the film but when the gang got separated I was like what’s going on and we barely saw Fred, Daphne, and Velma. One of the biggest things that bugged me was the voices and how some of the characters looked and acted compared to the other previous characters. They also didn’t get any screen time to and isnt the movie supposed to be about a group of friends solving “MYSTERIES TOGETHER” and not on there own separate paths. One of the worst parts about to was The Blue Falcon, he didn’t really make a lot of sense (Yes Ik he just became new to the whole superhero thing since his dad retired) but that doesn’t mean to make his character completely useless and annoying til the end. Also who names the villain of a movie Dick when it’s main target market is kids. The other characters who helped out the blue falcon were great but you just didn’t get that from the blue falcon himself. The one good thing about it was the animations of the movie. They were very good. But besides that I don’t have many other positive things to say about it. The biggest part of the movie that was completely left out was the whole mystery gang working together using traps, finding clues, Velma saying Genkiess, Daphne flirting with Fred and just everything about the movie was just terrible. I was so excited to see this and after I watched it i was very bummed out. Overall there isn’t much good to say about this movie.
