Very average piece of writing, felt like a daily soap neighbour aunts gossip notebook.
Too much stretched focus on unnecessary character building and the so called 'prime event' of slapping the kid felt unimpactful.

Definitely a propoganda movie, based on a very sensitive event.
Loosely acted,directed,edited and unnecessary background music and too fast paced.
Could have done a lot better though Vikrant has done a decent job.

Very gripping story, nice direction with apt background music.
Kareena acted brilliantly as a grieving mother (no flashy makeups either), and liked the way she has adapted shift of role with age.
