Horrendous. Terrible. What the hell kind of script is this? "Destiny has brought me this lamb chop" "You think you're so great just because you have boats" "My dear Josephine, today I feel sad" Seriously? This movie must have been written by third graders. Awful dialogue, with a fair bit of second rate acting (surprisingly). Not that many battle scenes, and no real insight into Napoleon's strategic mind and prowess, which is still held up as an example to this day. There should be a revolution at movie cinemas, with angry peasants storming the box office demanding their money back

It's hard to put into words how incredibly bad this is. I often wonder what goes on on a set of a movie like this. Surely the actors know they're involved in something terrible - don't they speak up? "Hey boss, no way anyone will believe this!" Terrible acting, awful action scenes, B grade special effects and more. Made me wish I'd been kidnapped and held hostage. Would've been spared this garbage. If you have money to burn, and more time than you know what to do with, by all means - watch this movie. You'll then be able to say "Yes, I too have seen the worst movie of all time!!"
