At first it takes considerable amount of time to learn the controls which are bit complicated for the beginners but as you get used to it becomes boring & six hitting is so easy becoz eventhough you can freely play shots anywhere on field you are restricted to few shots you can not play all the shots in game especially straight drives,upper cuts dancing down the track for runs though we have advancing control but it always leads to wicket & only useful for hitting sixes on backfoot.Camera Angle is plus point & revolutionary in this game undoubtedly highlight of this game but AI can not change the field so you can target some area & hit there relentlessly that's a huge con.Field map is absent in the game which leads to a relastic approch of looking over the field before the bowl being delivery.Also you can not play on backfoot when spinners are bowling that's big dis advantage.Bowling gameplay is stiff learning curve so often then not you only do batting in DBC 14.Overall 3.8 star rated game for sure but not more than 4.0

Must have game for cricket Lover It has everything that a modern cricket game has in 2009 itself. It overcomes all the drawback of EA cricket 07 as Ashes cricket 2009 has HD Gameplay,Full controller support & a proper one also with Frontfoot,backfoot shots,advance shot Unaurthodox shot Can cancel the run & dive while running when in trouble. Game feels & looks beautiful at any time of day. The Gameplay is pure love.Bowling controls are also easy & fun.In feilding while fielded you can through in both directions that's fantastic EA cricket 07 does not allow this.

The gameplay is Bad to even worse. 1.Difficulty levels aren't balanced. Rookie is so called god mode, you will never miss any shots,never hit a shot that goes wide or outof line. 2.However,Amateur or higher levels is too hard to control the power. If you can't time the ball properly,it will be out or not impactful.Quite annoyed to look at direction to hit and the power gauge simultaneously. 3.Singles are decent but doubles are terrible. Doubles are the pain in the neck. The Al partner is quite stupid. Too much unforced error or hit poorly.You will Lose the game because of terrible and brain-dead Al. 4. Very buggy!Sometimes the player can't move, sometimes don't hit the ball.Like he forget to play tennis all of sudden in the middle of game Verdict: Everything apart from game play is awesome but gameplay is undoubtedly heart & brain of any game which lacks in AO 2 so this game not recommended for purchase but you can download cracked version & so you can throw it anytime without any regret😁

This game is dream come true for every classical Cricket lover who loves traditional Test matches/ODIs & not slam bang cricket.This game overcomes all the "drawbacks of DBC14 & DBC17" such as Absence of field radar Limited stadiums Batsman Movement out of the crease Bowling Pitch Marker Team Switching in the middle of game Mediocre Graphics & Lightings Gameplay is over the moon which makes it killer of a cricket game.The motion capture technolgy is the highlight of crisp & realistic game play the sound of bowl hitting the willow of the bat is like music to the ears which will pull even old generation in late 30's & early 40's to play this game after their work it will definitely relax them & engage them into this lovely gameplay.Awesome settings,21 licensed stadiums overlay is top-notch & eye catching it feels like upgrade to last decades Awesome Ashes cricket 2009. I got it on my birthday & one to remember birthday gift.
