As someone who didn’t read the comics, I gotta say it’s got good CGI and production values, but it’s got some really annoying characters and plot holes you could drive a truck through. Almost audience-insultingly so.
Also really REALLY young adult... practically tween.
Better off binging The Magicians if you’re looking for urban magic/fantasy series.
