I literally just canceled Netflix. Not specifically because of this movie, but it was the final straw. They were so preoccupied with a ham handed metaphor for dismantling the patriarchy that they forgot to make a watchable movie. A terrible waste of the talent this cast brings to the table. Meanwhile, earlier this week they released Cosmic Sin - a "movie" starring Bruce Willis with some very cringeworthy sexist tropes that was somehow significantly worse than Gunpowder Milkshake by any measure. Whoever is calling the shots at Netflix is doing an AWFUL job. Between what they produce and the lackluster lineup of other movies, the service is no longer worth the price of admission.
