I love the ‘Rachel Ray at home “ show. It’s so personal. But, what is “00” flour? It’s in the Naples pizza dough recipe. All in all, I love the show, when she’s cooking. I do find her, ( not on the “at home” show) to be a little self important, interrupts her guests all the time. I really would love to see the show from her home instead...she’s a lot calmer, more humble. But, what the heck is “00” flour? Please note the true shape of an onion...ie: the “root” end is opposite what you tell your viewers. That’s been bugging me for years! 😉
