"Aye zamane tere samne aa gaye" Very Few remember this pathbreaking serial that aired on Doordarshan National Network @ 9:00 PM every Friday, in the spring of 1987. It was a bold initiative to show the lives of young people in those times and the challenges they faced, especially drugs. And the powerful performance of Salim Ghouse as Bharat and Kumar Bhatia as Prem was outstanding. Just 13 episodes long, but it has left an indelible memory for those who saw it. RD's voice was, is and will always remain etched in heart & soul. ..Subah ko kar salaam..!! ~ Dedicated to all those who never forgot.
