Patty Persons

This 2015 remake may be crammed with a plethora of dazzling stunts, but it can't touch the suspense, humor and chemistry of the original. The trouble is daredevil action is all it has. What happened to the story and the characters? This bunch acts like a pack of zombies. I gave it two stars for stunt work, but unfortunately I have to stop there because that's absolutely all this overblown, hollow, otherwise boring film has to offer. Too bad. There were so many clever ways they could have updated this story into the 21st century, but they totally missed the boat.
