Incredible. Nolan and Bethesda did it. They captured everything Fallout is and should be, and turned it into a surprising narrative.

Underwhelming. Story is forgettable. Superheroes don't feel super, at all. Loot is loot for the sake of loot. It does nothing wrong, but nothing right either. It's meh.
