I met David Faber as a child in elementary school. He came to my school and all of us met in the MP room to listen to him talk. I am not kidding when I say about 95% of the people in that room were crying. KIDS. I saw a few "tough guys" crying too. His story of survival and witnessing his family be killed is so tragic and horrific. His will to survive because of his mother is also tragic, but amazing at the same time. This is an easy read, but one that will capture your attention to the point where you won't want to set the book down. I've read it multiple times and I have a signed copy. Amazing book. Highly recommended!
