I'd call it a conservatarian approach toward education. Preface through Chapter 4 is mostly the academic argument / justification. If you are more interested in "the what," go directly to Chapter 5. If you are into education/school innovation, civics, capitalism and experiential learning, it is a thought provoking idea. If you are not open to the aforementioned, you will likely dislike the proposal.
