Very bad program. Very slow program. Very bad customer service. No communication inside of the customer service teams. ECW designed in India. Not reliable program and Customer Service. To fix each problem it takes at least 3 to 5 years. With intention to improve the problem with the new updates it’s contrary creates much more problems and more slowness. Money hunger program - want to have payment and not able to fix anything. We have very bad experience with eCW. If you want to have a problems then you should pick up eCW, otherwise you better to pick up American EHR program.
