I love the Hansel & Gretel fairy tale storyline and anytime a new version comes out I am soon to watch it. I also watch horror movies for the purpose of being scared which is an aspect about this movie that disappoints me. I was expecting to be on the edge of my seat, even knowing the storyline, but that was not achieved. This movie also looks like it was filmed on a cellphone and isn’t on the level of quality that I expected. Overall disappointed, but I still love the fairy tale in general.
