I don't think I've heard such a poetic, contemplative and sorrowful album in my life. From the overall starkness of the record to the wispy, gentleness of his voice to the smoothness and precision of his guitar work.

Really one of the finest and most artful rock albums of the 1960s. It still sounds groundbreaking and otherworldly over 50 years later.
