I grew up with the Rebelde tv novela and I still enjoyed this show because I know to keep them separate. Netflix's Rebelde isn't trying to be some over the top novela—it's trying to be a modern teen show and it does just that. Relatable characters you come to love, great fashion, good music, and snappy story telling. I am looking forward to season 2.
