The film is insufferable. I particularly disliked the use of always-moving, handheld cameras, the bland, less than eloquent dialogue, the out of focus shots and the tinny piano sound of repetitive chords. Even the cinematographer made French landscapes, if not ugly, then certainly not beautiful. To say I was disappointed, is an understatement.
