I could never understand why I would find myslef going into lecture mode with some clients instead of having a two way conversation. I kept searching for the exact points at which this would happen and could never pinpoint the topics that triggered it. After reading this book I now know why this is happening.. Now I feel capable of having those two way conversations and creating relationships on deeper level. Especially relationships where there is a discussion surrounding money.
