For people who do not like Kasauti Zindagi Kay, please stay away from this serial. The main concept is that Anurag and Prerna love each other but can never be together. That is the meaning of "Kasauti". It is meant to be like this. Personally, I think this is a great serial. It's not for "timepass" and it's definitely not a "masala" serial. "Anurag and Prerna belong to two different worlds but fall in love with each other. However, fate has other plans for them and wreaks havoc in their lives." It's a serial about fate, love, betrayal, revenge. This is the concept! Anurag and Prerna are supposed to be married again and again to other people like Naveen, Bajaj, Komolika, Mishka. These people are the villains. And a serial without villains is totally boring. This serial doesn't make fun of any Indian traditions. It's just following its own concept and yes, of course it has a storyline. People do not understand the hard work of these actors behind the camera and how it really pays off. It has very good content and is not "contentless". The main reasons for Kasauti getting good TRP is: Good Content Following Its Concept Great Actors Not because of advertisements and promotions.
