What once was pure thoughtful comedy has turned to political awkwardness. Jimmy Kimmel Live! was a fantastic show in its early seasons, and in the last decade has become hard to watch and less humorous. Jimmy Kimmel himself is relatively nice, but hard to trust because of how late night shows are now less competitive and agreeing on the same political issues which should be separate from their comedic work. Comedy should be comedy; moreover, politics should stay in politics.
